Emergency Hospitalization
For emergency hospitalization, simply go to the counter of the network hospital and present your policy number and the name of the insurer.
If it is a network hospital, the insurance company will be notified of the claim and a cashless authorization will be requested.
You may also be asked to complete a pre-authorization form. The hospital will assist you with this.

Planned Treatment
In case of planned treatment, you must notify the insurer 3 days before the planned hospitalization or surgery.
You may visit a network hospital, provide them with your insurer and policy number, and ask the insurer to notify them on your behalf.
However, if you can do so sooner, consider doing so, as it may take a while for insurance companies to verify the accuracy of your claim.
If you do not find a network hospital that agrees with you, or if the cashless claim is not approved, you may need to submit a claim for reimbursement, which means you pay the full cost of treatment and then ask the insurer to reimburse you.
